Who we are!

 

Let us introduce ourselves. We are Paul Martens and Dustin van Rhienen. We met when we were 12 years old and attending high school.

In our youth, we already had a fondness for festivals and dance parties. During our studies at Maastricht University, this led to us setting up a festival that grew from 5,000 to 25,000 visitors over 6 years.

Besides the festival, we were active for years in organising all kinds of events in the Netherlands. What characterises us is the power to visualise an ideal picture and then turn it into reality. Working from passion, in other words.

After several years of experience, we moved to Barcelona with both families. Here, through our curiosity and urge to discover, we built up a large network of locations, people, institutions and companies.

So it was with this background that we started MiMon business Retreats. A company that focuses on organising company offsites, workations, business events in Spain, but in a slightly different way. We go for the most inspiring locations, create programmes with impact and personally guide all our events.

 

Because we do not only focus on cities, we now have a large number of locations in nature where companies can come together in a different way. Places where you can bring out the soul of your company and really work on bonding. An aspect that will only become more important in the future of companies with many remote workers.

Apart from the spectacular offsite locations and flawless organisation, what our customers appreciate most is that we are always available, act fast and think along with the specific wishes they have.
