Mimon Business Retreats – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation
A retreat booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the required deposit (see Payment Terms below). By booking a retreat with Mimon Business Retreats (hereafter "Mimon"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in the contract:

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your participation or to confirm a private retreat.

• The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

• For bookings made less than 30 days before the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of retreat planning and the upfront costs involved:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

• In the event that Mimon must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding force majeure), all payments will be refunded in full.

4. Force Majeure
Mimon is not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, travel disruptions, or government restrictions. No refunds will be provided in these cases, but we will work to offer credit or rescheduling where possible.

5. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat itinerary, venue, facilitators, or services, if necessary, to ensure the quality and integrity of the experience. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant changes.

6. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, facilitators, staff, and the retreat property. Mimon reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

8. Liability Waiver
By participating in a Mimon retreat, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Mimon is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, accident, or damage sustained during the retreat. Participation in physical activities such as hiking, yoga, or other workshops is voluntary and at your own discretion.

9. Use of Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Mimon the right to use your image unless you notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

10. Data Privacy
Mimon will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Your contact and personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
